Located in the vibrant Legacy West neighborhood of Plano, Windrose Tower was designed to grace any world class city, yet remain bespoke to its suburban environment. The first condominium tower in Plano, and the tallest residential building outside of downtown Dallas, Windrose was tailored to take advantage of the incredible views afforded to it.
Deep balconies complete with modern gas fireplaces and glass railings provide expansive outdoor living space. Graced by subtle angles and curves, the balconies both soften and shade the façade. Exterior materials were selected and reviewed by the design team not just for durability but also for tactile feel. From exterior to interior, stone and wood flows throughout.
A four-level resident parking garage is designed with extra wide spaces and low slope ramps appropriate to suburban living. On top of the garage is an outdoor area designed to feel like a backyard. A heated saltwater pool and hot tub, multiple grills, kitchen/dining area with fireplace, wide lawns, strolling paths and even a putting green bring neighborhood amenities to multi-family living.
