Also built in 2016, Westport 19 is a 360k+ sf spec distribution/tech building that is currently home of Motivation Printing with over 72 parking spaces and 80 loading docks.
A “sister” building to Westport 18 next block over, WP 19 utilized some of the similar design elements, scaled down to better fit its size.
