Nuzzled in one of the most walkable, classiest neighborhoods in Dallas, Kairoi’s vision is to create a one of a kind luxury living experience across from the Crescent Court Hotel.
Rich materials and thoughtful detailing are employed throughout, to bring a sense of place and timelessness to the historic urban fabric. The “hotelesque” motor court and a carefully curated lobby/patio, provide an elegance presence at the corner of Maple Avenue and Mahon Street.
The transitional high rise will have amazing views from its unique dwelling units, expansive balconies, sky decks, and tiered amenities. The layering / steps within in the building form makes a striking architectural statement, adding to an already handsome Dallas skyline.
