The Delegate at City Point is a 352-unit apartment community that is part of City Point, a 52-acre mixed-use development in North Richland Hills, Texas, a suburb of Fort Worth. It is a seven buildings “Gurban” project ranges from two to four stories walk ups, with a combination of tuck under, structured and surface parking. Construction is progressing well despite the extreme heat, projected completion date to be early / mid 2024.
City Point offers a community of residences, office, retail, and restaurants within a short commute of major employers in Fort Worth and Dallas. The Delegate is next to the retail area and single-family homes, providing a walkable, aspirational neighborhood setting. The highly-amenitized apartment community will feature modern finishes in each apartment home, a large courtyard, community room, and 24-hour fitness center. Its proximity to the NRH City Hall informed us to draw design inspiration via materiality and building elements, tying contextually with City Point’s first and anchoring building.
