With the well-received Auric Symphony Park (Block F + G) recently completed, GDA was commissioned to design Block C + D, further building out the Symphony Park masterplan. A luxury high-rise building stands proudly over 250’ tall on Block C, with panoramic views of downtown Vegas and the Strip. The 267-unit tower is well amenitized with a sky lounge, resort style pool, and an elevated pet deck. Approximately 20,000 sf of commercial/retail spaces are located at its base, with carefully curated pockets of pedestrian activation, blending the public and private realm.
Block D is the lower scale portion of the project, located just north of Block C, separated by a generous pedestrian paseo. It is 5-story tall building housing 275 generous-sized dwelling units, providing a living experience that is slightly elevated over its predecessor (Auric). Art installations can be found throughout the building, continue the masterplan’s thoughtful theme. Two gorgeous courtyards, accessible walk up units, and a roof amenity can be found in this timeless boutique building.
