GDA is responsible for the renovation of the 1923 historic Stoneleigh Hotel. Renovations included refurbishing the rooms, adding a 5,200 square foot spa, reconfiguring the lobby level into an open space that flows from the reception area into the new restaurant and bar, and restoring historic elements of the hotel including the 1930's penthouse level. The 12 story hotel is now certified by the Texas Historical Commission for listing in the National Register of Historic Places and by Historic Hotels of America National Trust for Historic Preservation.
