This 6.4 acre site is set into a park like setting adjacent to the Peoria Sports Complex in Peoria, Arizona. The exterior of the two 41,000 square foot, two-story concrete tilt-wall buildings is enhanced with masonry and metal panels to add accents. A large covered metal structure extends across the building to provide a shade for those entering the buildings. The interior lobby has tile and slate floors and slate accent walls with wood and steel railings.
