- Orbital Sciences Corp. was developed by Gilbane Development Company to serve the needs of the growing technology sector in the city and the Ocotillo neighborhood
- With approximately 83,000 square feet of office space, it was the developer's intent to create a speculative office building that would reduce the environmental impact through construction and occupancy, while having a strong connection to nearby services
- Constructed with post-tensioned concrete decks and a concrete structural frame, the building took advantage of the durable and locally available material
- The project was designed to LEED standards and received an Honorable Mention for the 2010 RED Awards for "Best Office Project"
