Nove @ Knox is class A luxury high-rise located in Uptown Dallas near the historic Highland Park and University Park neighborhoods. Striking architectural elements were incorporated to make this project an iconic landmark adjacent to one of the busiest highways in North Texas.
The Nove @ Knox is well amenitized with features such as multiple elevated outdoor decks, enhanced acoustical glazing, private garages, and penthouses with large terraces and panoramic views. The wrap-around salt water pool, outdoor kitchen, and beautiful resident lounge provide a much needed urban escape from the buzzing, thriving uptown area.
A large dog / community park was designed to connect its residents and their westerly neighbors.
The 271-unit project has units ranging 500 to over 3000 square feet. Services provided included zoning assist, design documentation, and construction administration.
