The McKesson National Redistribution Facility (NRDC) is the most unique and advanced distribution center GDA has designed to date
The building is concrete tilt-wall with a steel framed roof structure, and contains 604,891 square feet of warehouse/distribution space, a 30 ft. clear storage height, and 41,632 square feet of finished office space
The building is divided into eight sections separated by 4-hour rated, double Maximum Fire Loss walls
30 drive through fire door openings and 40 fire door openings for the extensive material handling conveyor system
The critical nature of the project required complete generator back-up for the facility, and includes six 1750 KVA, diesel powered generators
GDA designed the site and building to be expanded with an additional 200,000 square feet of distribution space for the future needs of McKesson
