- 13,295 square foot expansion, new connector building to link the two existing campus buildings, creating a front door to the Golf Channel Headquarters
- 2,520 square foot, 170 seat cafeteria dubbed “Arnie’s”
- 1,440 square foot new lobby, including a putting green, Golf Channel History wall, murals, and decor to tribute the sport of golf
- Expansion included a 4K film screening room and a state-of-the-art golf simulator
- Arnold Palmer quotes are sprinkled throughout the new building
