The building hosts a single-story, 218,400 square foot warehouse and a two-story 36,058 square foot office area
Constructed using tilt-up concrete panels with decorative reveal patterns
Exterior entrances include brick pavers
GDA designed the warehouse using the cross dock configuration with receiving docks on one end and shipping docks on the other
