Collin Square Apartments is an 8 building apartment complex sitting on 17 acres spanning a protected natural creek bed. The project capitalizes on this natural amenity, capturing it’s spectacular views for both the individual residences, and the luxurious outdoor amenities at its heart. The two sides of the development are connected across it by a pedestrian bridge, giving residents a unique view of its natural beauty.
Collin Square utilizes materials like brick, natural stone, corrugated metal, and heavy timber to create a sort of modern Texas vernacular that engenders a comfortable yet exciting community to compliment the innate natural beauty of the creek that runs through it.
