The Type III construction building is composed of 5 levels of wood frame over 1.5 levels of concrete garage podium. All of the balcony soffits and overhang are cladded with real cedar, to provide warm accents throughout the luxury rental project. The spacious amenity pool deck provides stunning views of the mountains beyond while being part of the buzzing streetscape below.
