This luxury project has soaring ceiling throughout, upgraded appliances and residential casework, to bring an elevated, “lock + leave” lifestyle to the Southlake area.
Block 20’s classical building facade was designed by the renounced David Schwartz Architects, who also worked on the Southlake Masterplan, American Airlines Center, Cowgirls Museum, and the original Rangers Stadium. GDA assisted in design and was responsible for all contract documents and execution.
