The Avenir is one of the taller buildings on the east side of the I-35 located in Austin, Texas. Its prime location and height provide spectecular views of the State Capitol, DT Austin, and East Austin. Numerous zoning requirements help shape the design/diagram of this 'Gateway' project. Majority of parking structure is below grade, with a grand motor court anchoring the base of the tower. Liner units were designed along Branch Street, 'hiding' the garage and responding to the adjacent lower scale residential neighborhood. Two roof top pools (leisure + active) can be found at the Avenir along with a double volume Sky lounge, with panoramic views of the beloved city.
Other amenities include: large elevated dog park, pool side Jumbotron, basketball courts, co-work areas, multiple workout facilities, and luxury pet lounge.
