Ameriplan USA is located at the “Corporate Row” in Plano, Texas, near the EDS campus when it was completed. Built to house all of the company's functions including a national call center, shipping, warehouse, marketing, training, management, bank and credit card operations, provider relations, information technology, printing operations and audio-visual.
The 105+k facility was constructed with a combination of curtainwall and tilt-wall panels with glazed openings. Large amount of glazing and a dome top welcomes patrons into the main entry. A monumental stair anchors the lobby as one enters the building, serving as the statement piece for the office portion.
The 25,000 square foot mezzanine is finished out with office, break rooms, restrooms and a 50-seat auditorium
AmeriPlan USA has been quoted by Rex Anderson of Anderson Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. as being "one of the finest corporate facilities in North Texas."
