Completed in 2020, Alliance Center North 7 (ACN7) was soon occupied shortly after. This handsome distribution center has a capacity of 810k+ sf and over 150 dock doors.
In typical Alliance Texas fashion, the distribution center is located in a prime location off I-35, with easy access to Alliance Airport and DFW area.
ACN7 is an efficient tilt-wall, 570’x1450’ building celebrated with a “jewel box” corner approach to welcome visitors. Clerestories and skylights were installed to provide natural light throughout the project.
