Completed in 2019, Alliance Center North 3 (ACN3) was occupied by Callaway Golf shorty after. The 783k+ sf distribution center has a capacity of and over 150 dock doors. A row of colonade contributes to a sleek, rhythmic facade at the building corner, commending a strong presence from the busy highway adjacent to the site.
In addition to the building shell design and documentation, GDA also assisted with interior design and branding for the office lobby and the Travis Mathew Flagship store. Clerestories and skylights were installed to provide natural light throughout the project.
