3rd + Pressler is three-phrase luxury condo project located on one of the most prominent sites in Austin Texas, at the edge of the hill just east of the Mopac Highway. 3rd + Pressler posses unimpeded views of Lady Bird Lake and Hill Country Beyond, while overlooking public parks and playing fields just below. The project site is minutes away from Downtown, and walkable to many nearby F&B establishments. Anchored by a bike trail connection at the terminus on Pressler, 3rd + Pressler is designed for Austinites with an appetite for a healthy/outgoing lifestyle. A retail space is designed at the corner of building 1 to help activate the trail connection and Pressler Street.
Concrete framing was utilized to maximize the units' ceilings heights and to provide additional sound attenuation. The buildings were designed with harmonizing modern industrial style, to create a timeless campus that is both iconic and contextual to its surroundings.
All parking are below grade, softening the buildings' impact to the site while providing a more pedestrian friendly experience at the ground plane. Phase one of 3rd + Pressler is projected to be opened in the Summer of 2025.
