1010 Waugh is located at the heart of Houston, with unimpeded view of the downtown skyline to the east. Its centralized location is close to Memorial Park, Business Districts, shopping, and Museums.
Originally designed as a cold form steel building, the design team elected to use concrete framing instead, to allow taller ceiling heights and better flexibility in design.
The 14-story, transitional style building will house 340 luxury rental units, equipped with a resort style pool, sky amenity deck, and ample tenant storage.
A beautiful lobby, bike/pet lounge, and coworking space activate the pedestrian realm, promoting a more walkable experience that is much needed in the area. Project to open in 2027.
